You can also experience authentic local flavours at our Palagina wine and olive oil tastings, at our Zero Food Mile aperitivo events or by dining under the stars, in the midst of our vineyard.
Join one of our expert beekeepers on a visit to our beehives that’s guaranteed to keep you and our precious bees safe. If that’s not for you, why not gather herbs and learn how to use them in traditional recipes, discover cheesemaking techniques, study woodworking with expert carpenters or weave baskets with local craftspeople?
Discover how to identify the queen from 60,000 worker beers and learn about the different castes of bees. The session ends with a tasting of local honey. Continuing the subject of well-being, why not join us for some yoga… in the vineyard? Follow our instructor for a unique opportunity to connect body and soul, surrounded by nature.
Enjoy the beautiful fresh air of Palagina on a bicycle tour (e-bikes are also available). If walking is more your thing, you can join one of our scenic hikes in the Valdarno nature reserve, walking from the crags known as the “Balze” to the village of Castelfranco. And the swimming pool at the main house is open whenever you need to rest and cool off.
